Methods of payment

On our website you can pay for your orders in any of the following options:

- Bank transfer: the order will only be processed once we have verified that the total amount indicated has been paid into our account. To speed up the process you can send a copy of the transfer issued by the bank (on paper or digital support) to our email: info@farmaestro.es
- Credit / Debit Card: the payment is made using a secure connection to the bank in charge of the transaction. The customer's bank and credit card details are processed directly by the bank. Maestro, Visa, Euro 6000 and American Express are accepted.

Shipping costs

The transport agency will be private (ASM, Nacex, Seur, Mrw, etc) guaranteeing that our shipments will always reach our customers with the maximum transport guarantees.

Shipping price list:

      • Flat Rate Peninsula 24/48h: 4,95 euros. If the total of the shipment exceeds 59 euros net, the shipping costs will be free.
      • Pick up at a pharmacy: free of charge.

Delivery times

Upon confirmation of payment, your order will be processed and shipped within a maximum of 15 days.

Prices and Availability

All prices in our shop include VAT. Orders are always processed in order of receipt.
If we run out of stock of an ordered product, we will contact the customer to agree new delivery terms. At this point the customer can decide whether to continue or cancel the order.

Guarantees and Returns

All our shipments include All Risk Insurance against loss, breakage or anomalies that may affect the package during transport. It is very important that when the order is delivered to you, you check that the package is not broken, stained or opened, in which case you should not accept it. In this case, please indicate the reason on the delivery note provided by the courier and contact us to inform us and make a new shipment.

FARMAESTRO SL only offers quality products, ORIGINAL and guaranteed by first class commercial firms. The reception of the products sent and the handling of these to prepare the shipments is done following a strict quality procedure.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have a maximum period of 14 days from receipt of the product or from the conclusion of the contract (in the case of provision of services), without penalties for its exercise. So that the total amount of the purchase will be refunded, i.e. the price of the product plus shipping costs, not subjecting the exercise of the same to any formality, simply being able to require the consumer that the product is returned in perfect condition without limiting the use of the product (provided it does not go beyond the mere verification of the good condition and operation of the same) to the impossibility of the consumer to return it in exercise of his right of withdrawal.
Before returning the goods, the customer must contact our sales department by e-mail at info@farmaestro.es or by telephone on 918 570 701, where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. No returns that have not been previously communicated will be made.
In order to accept the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all its original accessories and documentation.
The consumer should be aware that if the product is not returned in its original packaging within the withdrawal period, it will be subject to a depreciation which will be communicated to the consumer at the time of return.

Original defective product:

The return is guaranteed. Once we receive the defective product, we will proceed to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.
The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.

Product that, by mistake, does not correspond to the product ordered:

FARMAESTRO SL shall bear the cost of collecting the wrong product and delivery of the order placed.

Product for a gift:

The product may be exchanged as long as it is unopened and in perfect condition. The amount of the purchase will never be refunded, but it will be possible to exchange the product for an article of the same or higher amount. Shipping costs and the difference in price, if any, will be paid by the person making the exchange.
